Kuraia Ensemble perform "Un soplo que vacía el pecho" at Saragossa Auditorium

On Sunday, November 17, at 8pm, Ensemble Kuraia, conducted by Andrea Cazzaniga, perform Sergio Blardony's work Un soplo que vacía el pecho, written for an instrumental group about a text by Pilar Martín Gila. It will be in the Galve Hall of the Zaragoza Auditorium within the X Conference of Spanish Contemporary Music, together with works by Mikel Chamizo, María Eugenia Luc, Sebastián Mariné, Juan de Dios García Aguilera and Javier Torres Maldonado.

"Es del alma todo el paisaje" at Master of Music New Technologies

On Friday, November 15, at 7:15 p.m., the Sax-Iberian Project duo, formed by Francisco Martínez and Henrique Portovedo, will perform Es del alma todo el paisaje, about a poem by Pilar Martín Gila, written for tenor and baritone saxophones, and 4 channels electronics. The concert will take place in the Manuel de Falla Hall of the Royal Higher Conservatory of Music in Madrid, in a program enrolled in the activities of the Contemporary Music and Technology Days, in which works by Eneko Vadillo, Nuno Peixoto and Joao Quinteiro can also be heard.

"Después del incendio, toda la noche..." at Flexus Project cycle

On Friday, November 1, at 7 pm, it will be possible to see Después del incendio, toda la noche..., work by Sergio Blardony about a text by Pilar Martín Gila, who investigates the war, specifically in the Balkan conflict. The fear of the human being and the collective imaginary based on the audiovisual is the theme of this concert of Flexus Project in the cinema of La Unió Social de Flix, in this town in Tarragona. Along with Blardony's work, others from Caspar de Gelmini, Fernando Laub, Sylvain Souklaye, Fabio Fabbri, Viktor Pushkar and James Andean can be heard.

Columna Música publishes the monograph CD "Se oye gritar entre sueños" perform by Proyecto OCNOS

The label Columna Música has published Sergio Blardony's monographic CD "Se oye gritar entre sueños", an album in which all the pieces revolve around the poems Otro año del mundo by Pilar Martín Gila. The perform is carried out by Proyecto OCNOS, a Sevillian ensemble in which the sopranos Rocío de Frutos and Trinidad Perea, the guitarist Pedro Rojas Ogáyar and the clarinetist Gustavo Domínguez Ojalvo participate.

"Aural" at Kuraia Festival

The duo Luis Fernández Castelló (clarinet) and Carlos Apellániz (piano), perform Aural, in its clarinet and piano version, at the Kuraia Festival in Bilbao, at the High Conservatory of the capital of Biscay. This piece of Blardony will be performed together with others by Lutoslawski, Echeverría, Cabedo, Sardà, Bernaola, J. de Dios García Aguilera and D. del Puerto, on October 14, at 7:00 p.m.
