"Es del alma todo el paisaje" at the Aveiro Saxophone Days (portugal)

On Friday, November 29th, at 6 pm, within the Aveiro Saxophone Days (Portugal), Sax-Iberian Duo (Francisco Martínez and Henrique Portovedo) will perform Es del alma todo el paisaje, a piece composed for tenor saxophone, baritone saxophone and electronics based on a poem by Pilar Martín Gila.This piece was commissioned for the commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Cuenca being a World Heritage City, and has been performed on many occasions by different duos.

World premiere of Huellas de tiempo

On Friday 9 August at 9.30 pm, the world premiere of Huellas de tiempo (Traces of Time) will take place, a work by Sergio Blardony written for two voices, video and electronics, based on a poem by Pilar Martín Gila and a video by Alwin van der Linde. The video revolves around the creative context of the painter Antonio Blardony and his plastic work, and this piece will be the presentation of the inauguration of the retrospective exhibition of the painter, which will take place in Arjona (Jaén). The performers will be members of the vocal group Lux Contemporánea.
