World premiere "Después del incendio, toda la noche..." at SIME 2018

On April 19, at 11:15 am, the electronic version (4 + 2 channels) and video of Sergio Blardony's piece Después del incendio, toda la noche... will be world premiered. The work is based on a text by Pilar Martín Gila. The premiere will be during SIME 2018, Semaine Internationale de la Musique Électroacoustique, at the Espace Culture of the University of Lille, France. This electronic version includes the voices of the soprano Sylvie Robert, as well as the author of the texts, Pilar Martín Gila. In the program you can also hear works by Julieta Szewach, Benjamin Ait-Ali and Bernard Clarcke.

"Una forma" at ENSEMS Festival

Next Tuesday, April 17, at 8 pm., at Sala Rodrigo of the Palau de la Música in Valencia, the percussionist Eloy Lurueña will perform Una forma, a piece by Sergio Blardony for metal percussion metals, frame drum, electronics and video, around a poem by Pilar Martín Gila. The concert is part of the EPOS Lab project, in a stage concert with a piece by José Mª Ciria and a collective work of the laboratory. The concert is within the program of the ENSEMS Festival of Valencia.

"La bujía de Stromboli" at the XXVII International Spring Festival of Salamanca

The New Ensemble of Segovia perform La bujía de Stromboli, for ensemble, electronics and video, on texts by Pilar Martín Gila and video by Eduardo Momeñe, at the XXVII International Spring Music Festival of the XX and XXI Centuries. World premiere "Una historia donde nieva fuera"

On February 21, at 7 pm, Continuum XXI will world premiere Una historia donde nieva fuera, by Sergio Blardony on a poem by Pilar Martín Gila, written for baroque ensemble (recorder, baroque violin, viola da gamba, harpsichord and speakers). The premiere will take place in the Sala Manuel de Falla of SGAE, in Madrid, in a presentation program for this baroque and contemporary ensemble that includes works by José M. Sánchez-Verdú, Telemann, Berio, Alberto Bernal and Ligeti.

World premiere "Locura" at Maison de Victor Hugo in Paris

The soprano Sylvie Robert and the pianist Clotilde Ovigne will premiere on Saturday, January 20, at 3:30 pm, the work Locura by Sergio Blardony, written on a poem by Pilar Martín Gila. The concert will take place at the Maison de Victor Hugo in Paris, and the program will be repeated the next day, same time and place.

"Todo próximo e intocable" at Canary Islands

On Friday, December 30, the guitarist Airam De Vera Ramos performs Todo próximo y intocable, a work by Sergio Blardony written for a guitarist with two guitars, and suggested by a poem from the book Otro año del mundo by Pilar Martín Gila . The piece can be heard at a FAIC concert dedicated to the guitar at the Canarian Museum of Las Palmas (Canary Islands), along with other works by Eduardo Diago, Jonás García Rodríguez, Gustavo Díaz-Jerez, Leandro Ramos Peña and María Dolores Romero.
