Special Jury Mention for "Tracto" at the MADATAC 04 awards

On December 15 MADATAC 04 Awards were presented, in which video art Tracto had a Special Jury Mention. Tracto, video by Marta Sergio Azparren Blardony with music, and that is part of the show "La geometría y el temblor", was selected for the official section of international MATADAC section 04, the audiovisual digital art show contemporary and advanced technologies. The jury was composed by Lech Majewski, Maite Cajaraville, Chih-Yung Aaron Chiu and Shahram Entekhabi.

"Tracto" video creation for "La geometría y el temblor", selected for MATADAC 04

After the exhibit in Kassel Dokfest, again this video creation by Marta Azparren with music by Sergio Blardony, has been selected for the international official section MATADAC  04, the audiovisual digital art show contemporary and advanced technologies, held in Madrid from 10 to 16 December 2012. Specifically, Tracto will be screened on Wednesday, December 12th, from 16 to 17 h. in CentroCentro, the new cultural center located in the Madrid town hall.

BabelScores, an French editorial platform dedicated to contemporary music, has published the works El espacio transgredido, for ensemble & electronics, Entre dos extremos negros, for narrator, symphonic orchestra & electronics, and Il silenzio svelato, for baritone saxophone, piano, percussion & electronics. The works were selected in the Reading Panel 2012.

Tracto, video of the show "La geometría y el temblor", has been selected for the Kassel Dokfest, documentary film festival and video to be held from 13 to 18 November 2012 in the German city of Kassel. The video is made ​​by visual artist Marta Azparren, with music by Sergio Blardony. Tract is the central work integrated in the show "La geometría y el temblor", located as an interlude between parts poetic-musical Entre el murmullo y el vuelo by Sergio Blardony (texts by Pilar Martín Gila), and Lo que empieza a ser contorno, by Edith Alonso (texts by Juan Carlos Suñén).

RUBIK Ensemble premieres "Silencio de la hidra, turba de espejos" in COMA´12 festival

On 30 September, at 7 PM., in the Red Room of Teatros del Canal in Madrid, will premiere the Sergio Blardony chamber work Silencio de la hydra, turba de espejos, for ensemble of 6 instruments (flute, clarinet, piano, violin, cello and offstage, oboe d'amore or english horn). The concert is part of the International Festival of Contemporary Music in Madrid COMA'12, and the program also includes works by Adolfo Núñez, Beatriz Arzamendi, Jesus Nava, Alejandro Moreno, José Susi and Ángela Gallego.

Jean-Pierre Dupuy play "Memoria, espacio difuso del olvido" at the CC "Paco Rabal" in Madrid
