"La trayectoria de la sombra" at National Concert Hall

On January 12 at 7,30 pm. the National Concert Hall (Madrid), will host a new perform of La trayectoria de la sombra work for actress, English horn soloist, orchestra and electronics, on texts of poems Otro año del mundo by Pilar Martín Gila. As in his debut in Zaragoza, the work will be performed by the JONDE conducted by José Ramón Encinar and with the collaboration of the actress Susi Sánchez. The work was commissioned by the AEOS / Fundación Autor.

On January 10 at 8,15 pm., at Zaragoza Auditorium (Spain), JONDE (National Youth Orchestra of Spain), conducted by José Ramón Encinar and with the participation of the actress Susi Sánchez, will premiere the work of Sergio Blardony La trayectoria de la sombra. Written for actress, English horn soloist, orchestra and electronics, the piece uses texts from the book of poems Otro año del mundo (La Palma, 2014) by Pilar Martín Gila.

"Tracto v.1" at Busan Festival, South Corea

From 12 to 22 December, Tracto v.1 will be displayed in the Video Art Festival in Busan, South Korea, in the compilation of Spanish IVAHM OnTour video art. This video creation by Marta Azparren with music by Sergio Blardony has been filed in multiple countries on several continents and has been awarded with two awards.

Between 8 and 16 December Tracto v.1, video creation of Marta Azparren with music by Sergio Blardony be displayed in two areas of Mexico: on the facade of the Universidad de las Américas (Puebla) and the Audiovisual Room Buñuel House in Mexico City. All this within the IVAHM OnTour Spanish Video Art Compilation. Spanish & experimental video from IVAHM.

World premiere of "Tractos" at COMA'14

SIGMA Project premiered the work Tracts for saxophone quartet, electronics and videoart on December 4 at 19pm. at Berlanga Hall in Madrid, within the COMA'14 (XVI Festival of Contemporary Music in Madrid). The video creation and staging is done by Marta Azparren, video production by Raquel Samaniego and lighting design by Sergio G. Dominguez. The program includes, in its first part, works of Iñaki Estrada, Cesar Aliaj and Cristóbal Halffter.

"Tracto", awarded at SHUT UP AND LISTEN! AWARD 2014

Tracto, video + electronics, with music composed by Sergio Blardony and video by Marta Azparren music, has been awarded the SHUT UP AND LISTEN! AWARD 2014, interdisciplinary festival of music and sound art. The award ceremony and presentation of the work will take place on November 28 at 7.30 pm., at Echoraum, Vienna.
